Ammonia smell?

I know this is super off putting. This is my first post ever and I’m pretty new to this app but here goes nothing.

I’m 24 and have been having periods since 14. My cycles have always been super regular and my flow extremely heavy, 28 days each until about last year it became every 27 days which I know is nothing to worry about.

Except last month. Last month my period was light (compared to my previous periods) and it only lasted for 5 days, so naturally I was freaking out. I’m not very active in terms of intercourse and the last time I got remotely close to an intercourse it was literally just the tip, with a condom on, a couple days after my period ended. (the month before last month)

Now my pelvic area is in constant dull ache. It freaks me out. I’ve also been feeling like there’s discharge coming out of me with either no discharge or with water like substance that smells strongly of ammonia and it’s safe to say that i’m terrified.

Is this normal?
