With my first, I told management immediately (4 weeks) because I was working around hazardous chemicals and had to get my workload reassigned and announced to my coworkers around 13 weeks.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant with #2 and have a desk job now, so I'm hiding it as long as possible (hoping for 20 weeks) because I'm aiming for a promotion and don't want any unintentional bias to weigh in on their decision.

About 6 weeks. I was too sick and couldn’t hide it. Eventually I had to quit anyways.
