My birthday and fertility appointment.

Today is my birthday and I also had my first fertility appointment! I was supposed to be on the waiting list but there was a cancellation and they called me! I already knew I had pcos and the dr told me I am still overweight! I have been on a diet for 8 months exercising and on a gluten and dairy free diet also low carb and sugar and I only lost a few pounds! It’s so disheartening! She put it down to the Pcos 😔 she also done a vaginal ultrasound to look at my ovaries and they are full of fibroids! My heart dropped I didn’t know it was as bad as that! She started me on clomid 50mg and to pee in the container things. I was wondering what your experiences/stories are with clomid?
