Did Any1 else find that gym|exercise ball helped bring baby down|induce labour?

I don't think it helped induce labour but I could feel my baby moving down when I was in labour on one.

I bounced and rolled on one constantly for weeks and I still went over my due date.

i was bouncing on one from 10pm-2am because we were at my mums party and i found it more comfortable and i was 39 weeks,
well got home at 2:30 and by 3am i was having contractions and was in labour. I might have just been ready to go who knows but i recon it helped
