TMI but has anyone else has severe rectal pain for weeks after delivery? My rectum was like protruding when I gave birth and I thought it would just be painful for a few weeks but I’m 4 weeks pp and still having daily episodes of pain, usually after a bowel movement. I’m just wondering if anyone talked to their doctor about it. I know there’s surgery available and I’m wondering if I’ll need to go that route. I don’t have my follow up appointment for another 2 weeks.
