Postpartum bleeding?

Okay so is this normal?

At 8 weeks postpartum I started spotting for two days, very lightly but red. Had some small cramps then nothing since except cramps. I stopped bleeding at 5 weeks postpartum. We had sex at 6&7 weeks postpartum with a condom so I don’t think I’m pregnant again, at least I hope not. I’m breastfeeding but we have to supplement some throughout the day. Is it normal to have spotting like that and the cramps even when no period comes? They happen a few times a day for an hour or so then go away.
