How to stand out to colleges?

I want to stand out to many colleges so I have the opportunity to go places. People say sports are a really great way but I am not very athletic nor do I have the time now. I want my college resume to stand out above the rest by the time it’s my senior year and time to leave. I am already in the AFJROTC program and in dual credit classes. I have a 4.13 GPA but want to stand out more. Any help?

VOLUNTEER!!! WORK!!!!!
My aunt used to work ON college admissions and VOLUNTEERING is the biggest eyecatcher for them (this was at a public state college) 
Anywhere like Nonprofit charities, art centers, local museums, shelters, etc etc
Especially if the place you volunteer at ties in with your major! I.e, if you're going into agriculture, a local market. Or for Education, a Children/Women's Shelter would be great.
Musical instruments are also a big one, especially if the college has a band or orchestra. But if you don't play one by now, it's probably too late for colleges to take note.
Internships work too, but since most take place in more of an office setting running errands, there's a higher chance it'll be looked over.

the more tests you take and apply yourself the more you’ll stand out, as long as you do good on those tests. and i’m meaning like the big tests that you have to sign up for. that’s how it is at my school atleast. good luck!

Is there some academic interest you have that you are also very good at? Going strong in a single area (e.g. you love math so you take national exams and do well) is a good way to stand out. 
Alternatively, you can do something obscure but also be very good at it (e.g. maybe a rare instrument, language, etc.)
