What did you use to prevent stretch marks??

I’m aware that it can be genetic and unavoidable, but just curious if there’s any products that you guys feel helped you? I’m currently using coconut oil, but only because I’ve always used it as moisturizer.

Palmers cocoa butter for stretch marks i use. Really good for any itching and dryness.

I have been using shea butter and palmers. Also keeping weight gain as gradual as possible helps. So far I dont have any at almost 38 weeks. I have usually been prone to stretch marks (during puberty and when I gained weight in university) The palmers was recommended to me by a woman on here who said is drastically helped reduce hers after birth. I also find it really helpful for itchiness.

Coconut oil & vitamin e oil. Also after I have the baby planning to use alo Vera since it’s moisturizing and healing but also firms skin !

Avocado oil and almond oil both from GNC. Didn’t get any and my skin was so soft and smooth. I used them the whole time and after as well.

You can use lotions & oils to keep the colors of stretch marks light. I use palmers stretch mark lotion

You can not prevent stretch marks. It's genetics that decide if you'll get them or not.
