Blood Spots After Getting Fingered

Hi! I got fingered by my boyfriend today (not our first time) and every thing was all good and enjoyable but I saw a small spot of blood on my pantyliner after. Is that normal? It did hurt at one point but not in an uncomfortable way. I'd appreciate your answers and shared experiences. Thank you!
