So are menstual type cramps comsidered to be an actual contaction? Or braxton hicks? I have been having the tightening braxton hicks for many weeks now. But just starting maybe a week and a half ago, I am getting the cramping. It started out just once or twice a day, now it happens like all day long. I am 36 weeks, and will bring it up to my doc at my appointment on friday. But just curious what others think. Should I start worrying/preparing to meet my boy soon? FTM if you can't tell, I have no idea what I'm doing. 😂
