Depression...
Starting to feel depressed about not being able to control my body... this morning i realized i started to urinate while sleeping. I havent done anything like that before i have always felt the warning signal of needing to pee. That time i just didnt. What woke me was the feeling of my bladder releasing... i really hate this. Im embarrassed and i hope im not alone... 😔
