Bleeding 7dpo

Hey all, I had this bleeding today. I’m 7dpo, confirmed with an opk. My period is due in 7days. I never bleed mid cycle, not once in the 15 years I’ve had a period. I have no abdominal cramps (usually I do) and had a minor low back ache last night. Mild nausea and dizziness. I’m 99% certain that this is too heavy to be implantation bleeding. Any ideas?
