13 weeks pregnant with so many cramps

This is my second pregnancy and i don't recall having these many cramps in my first pregnancy, at least not this much and not at 13 weeks. Lately its been an everyday thing, multiple times a day throughout the entire day. Is this normal? Its probably fine but i feel the need to make sure. Should i ask my obgyn or am i overreacting??
