I had a 2D gender reveal scan at my doctors office at 16 weeks, but it was a techinician who did the scan. She checked on a few things like the limbs, placenta, and the symmetry of the face. After the ultrasounds

I noticed my baby could possibly have a cleft lip/palate. Are there any other mamas that have similar ultrasounds and did end up having a cleft lip/ palate? Or do you think it looks like he has one? I am just worried as the technician didnt say anything but I feel like I see something.
