Braxton Hicks?

So I’m 33 weeks! And I’ve noticed every time I need to go pee my stomach gets all hard. Does anyone know why?

Yeah doc says a full bladder can cause contractions so keep peeing regularly try not to wait till you’re busting.

Not sure why it happens but my midwife always says that if I feel like I’m having more contractions than usual, I should empty my bladder, drink some water, and lay down/ rest for a few minutes. So totally makes sense you would have more if you need to pee.
