Did anyones nipples necoms sore again in their second trimester...?

Ok ladies so my first trimester my nipples drove me crazy but stopped somewhere around 10 to 12 weeks and now that im in my second trimester at 17 weeks my nipples have started back hurts amd itching again does anyone know what that means will i start leaking...? And is it common...?

Imagine nursing a 13 month old with those sore nipples 😳😭😂 I feel I'm torturing myself. And it got worse for me by time not better. 😑

Yes! I was not expecting it to either because my first pregnancy nothing happened with my boobs until after baby was born. This time around they started swelling up immediately. Is it because I breastfed my first?

My nipples have been sore on and off throughout my pregnancy and I'm 34 weeks now. I'm not leaking but my colostrum came in around 20 weeks.
