Lip issue

Hi y’all,

So I have a canker sore. I know it’s a canker sore because i bit my lip really hard when I was eating the other day. The outer layer got chapped and bleed. Now its heeling kinda yellow ish. Any advice for it to heal sooner? No it’s not herpes or anything along the lines of that, I’ve been tested recently
