so i’ve been super backed up lately and doctors have had me take magnesium citrate on sunday, which worked partially and then a suppository yesterday and after that didn’t work an enema (which seemed to work, i have felt fine all day) with miralax today. so i all of a sudden had the urge to go and this is all that came out.

anyone who what it is or if i should be worried?
