I need some courage and motivation to change my life and be healthy.
I am 22 years old , I live in Canada Ontario just to give you more of and idea of where I am. I few years ago I have gotten to the highest weight I ever been. I was 257.7pounds. Now in present time I am 230.4pounds. I lost a good portion of the weight when I got sick back in November 2018. Now I am finding it really hard to eat healthy and exercise. Eating healthy is extremely hard for me because I am really picky when it comes to eating plus I can't eat gluten and really should be eating dairy but I try to got lactose free. I don't really know how to make food with my diet. I never really been into running or playing sports. I really want to be healthy but can't get out of this vicious circle.
