Baby screaming out in pain at night

Y'all 😩 all week long my LO is waking up every hour or more screaming bloody murder as if he's in terrible pain. He will be 17 weeks tomorrow, is on nutramigen and has always had tummy problems. I give him gas drops and gripe water before bed and even did Tylenol before bed that last 2 nights thinking it was teething pain (he is 100% teething, has been for a while) And he will sleep about 4-5 hours but then he's waking up screaming. I've been getting up multiple times at night to rock him and/or give more gas drops but that only helps for a few minutes. Is anyone else experiencing this? How do I know if it's gas or teething pain? He's screaming and clawing at his face... And my heart is breaking.
