My son had it for about 2 weeks and the pediatrician said as long as it isn’t black, red or white it’s all ok.

My daughter gets this when she gets too much foremilk. If she has it for a long time (several days), I typically have to correct my oversupply. It gets messed up during leaps when baby is eating more erratically. It’s called lactose overload. Her poo is green, smelly, and she gets tummy issues. It impacts her sleep too.

If it is not to watery and the baby seems happy it can be food you ate, it can be that he drinks a lot of foremilk etc. But if it does not stop go to check with the doctor just to be sure because we had watery green poop for longer time and it was a rotavirus infection. I did not even notice because she was fussing just sometimes like a normal baby just the poop was different.

So my baby had it a little over a week ago for like 2 days. Mucusy too. I’m thinking because of all the saliva and mouth chewing? Idk. I brought it up to my pediatrician and she pretty much said it could be a variety of things, but saliva, foremilk and/or infection could cause it.
