Help. My daughter is self harming.
My 13 year old daughter has come up and told us that she has been scratching herself raw on purpose leaving a blood raw mess. This is breaking my heart and I am not sure what to do as she states that she only did it because of an argument that we had. She doesn’t want to go to counseling and says that she will refuse to talk. Help. Im so scared.
