I had an uncomplicated, unmedicated 14 hr vaginal birth. Contractions weren’t painful for me. Towards the end they were very intense with how strong and hard they came but nothing I couldn’t breathe through. The part that hurt the worst for me was pushing baby out - the infamous “ring of fire” but I only pushed for 20 min/ maybe 6 pushes. My daughter is 14 months old and 33 week and ready to do it all over again real soon 😊

The thing I remember now to be the worst is the blood pressure test cuff that tried to squeeze my arm of every 7minutes. And the iv-thing in my hand they must have put it in I; a odd angle, as the other didn’t hurt at all.

Pitocin contractions are the worst I tried my hardest to go without an epidural but they were so painful that I was hyperventilating and sobbing during them. I ended up getting the epidural which was the best decision ever. I was only 3cm when I got it and dilated to 9cm in like 2 hrs.

Contractions 😑 and my epidural also hurt me alot when they were putting it but after that it was amazing and I would surely take it again.

My waters breaking was the worst pain (with my first) second it all seemed the sane to me... both no pain killers.

I had a planned c-section and the worst part of that was the spinal because they couldn't get it placed properly so they kept having to redo it. It took them an hour to get it right
