Hey I’m 36 weeks pregnant and have been taking lovenox my whole pregnancy bc I had a previous pulmonary embolism and at 36 weeks I was to switch to heparin for labor purposes well yesterday I took my first dose and began having nose bleeds (I’ve never had a nose bleed and have been on two other blood thinners before) has anyone else had this experience with heparin while pregnant? I’m waiting on my doctors office to open so I can call but just want advice.
