3 years of my life in a beautiful relationship and he dumped me through instagram... i dont know what to do. This hurts. Any tips?! How do i get over him? How do i overcome this break up? Is this a break up?

It sounds like he’s saying you’re overly clingy and just from my assumptions that you’re controlling. He said “I have to sneak around to not feel a sense of dread when I’m not with you”. To me that sounds like a guy who’s girlfriend is constantly asking where he is, why he’s not with you, etc. He asked for some time apart, most likely so that you can work on yourself and not be so codependent. People who are dependent are the opposite of attractive to an independent individual.

Doesn’t seem like he thought the relationship was “beautiful”. You need back off and give him space. Seems like your were smothering him and you both sound young. Let him go. Who knows if you turkey give him space and back off maybe one day down the road you can reconnect. But as of right now give the guy his space.
