Uncomfortable after sex

Okay sooo I want to know who has sex with lights, candles or lamps on ??

Do you talk during sex or after at all ??

How long have you been married for ??

Reason I am asking I’ve been with my husband almost 8 years unless his drunk he doesn’t talk I try to here and there and afterwards it’s always super awkward !! I never know what to say and mostly we just sleep after... also lights are always out as I am super body conscious even more so now after having my child.. I wonder if I’ll ever have confidence during or after sex
