Last night I woke up at 2 am to run to the bathroom, and while I was washing my hands I suddenly got very hot and then dizzy and kind of nauseous. I just made it back to my bed before falling down. After I felt really sweaty, but went back to normal super fast. What does this mean? Is it a hot flash? And if so is it normal for a teen to experience this? (Also I’m due for my period any day)
