So confused plz help

Hi so my last period was 3 days and it was before the last 2 weeks of May. So around like May 17th. I have not had a period since. At first I was nauseous now it’s going down. My boobs have grown hella. My bf says I’m not flat chested anymore🤣🤣🤣 my stomach has def gotten a little bigger and literally have every single symptom. All the test come back neg. I’m going in on the 5th of aug for a urine test there. My bf swears I’m pregnant. So does all my sisters. They think it’s just a little too early or my hcg levels just are not high. I’m just so confused because I’ve never had this. Has anyone ever had this? Oh and my cat keeps laying on my stomach and like massaging my stomach
