HELP!!!!!!

Just curiosity can you get a positive opk 4 days after your period? So I got my period the 5th and ended the 8th on the 10th the opk was negative I posted here...then yesterday’s and today’s are positive. Can you ovulate this early on? If so maybe that’s why I have t got pregnant since I’ve been maybe ovulating early and when I normally test is by this app and my opk test line will be darker than the control line! The app says I ovulate on the 22nd lol confusing.
