Can babies move too much?

I’m 30w 3d and my baby seems to be moving a whole lot more than normal. Also I did a BPP test today and her breathing good but kind of heavy. Is that ok?

I suspect things are likely OK if you had a normal BPP today,  but trust your gut if something feels off and call your doctor.  A sudden significant increase in movement can be a sign of fetal distress. Hope all is well!

Baby is too big for the space they are in so we feel a lot more

I've been told that if theres any significant change in fetal movement it should be counted and monitored. Too much (ask your doctor what that would be) can be a sign of distress. 
Obviously movement is good but its untrue to say that any movement is better then none. Just listen to yourself and if something doesn't feel right you act on it.
