36 weeks and not dialate?!

Need some tips to help me start dialating,  the women in my family are know for long labors and I'm terrified 😬

Don’t worry. Dilating doesn’t really indicate when labor will start. It only confirms when it has already begun. You could not be dilated at all and then suddenly be in active labor. It isn’t predictable.

Don’t worry! I wasn’t dilated until 37.4 weeks and I gave birth 3 days later.

- roll hips

I was dilated for 1/2cm for weeks with my daughter then all the sudden she decided she was ready to come at 39 weeks and I went from 1/2-3 cm in two hours. Your body will do it when it’s ready. Just try to relax

I didn't dilate with my first until i was i duced at 38+5. Don't stress urself!

Don’t worry I wasn’t dilated at all the day before my due date and I had my son the next day! So it really can happen so fast!!
