Warming frozen breast milk

I've seen some where, where you're not supposed to warm breast milk if it's been frozen to serve it at the temp it is once it thaws.. why? My son didn't take cold formula I failed at breast feeding him and I gave up to soon so this time with my second I did research and tried to get all the information I needed. So why can't you warm frozen or refrigerated breast milk?
