I’ll be 27 weeks tomorrow. For at least half an hour now I have been having a sharp, stabbing abdominal pain. It’s almost on the same plane as my belly button but slightly above and then 4-6 inches to the right side. This doesn’t feel like round ligament pain as I know what that feels like. And it’s just the one localized spot. All I’ve done today is wake up and eat some yogurt so no stress on it today. When should I be calling my midwife or be concerned? Also any ideas what it is?
