Seriously I swear customer service is the worst job in the whole wide world especially where I work. Customer think they can talk to you how ever they want and get away with, but not with me especially since I run self checkout and people think they can play stupid and get me to do it for them because they wanna be lazy and say help me which I do but they can’t do it by them selves until I get to my breaking point and tell them it’s SELF CHECKOUT NOT I DO IT FOR YOU. Seriously you want someone to ring your shit go to a regular register damn it it’s not that hard. Butt back to today so I’m waiting to go on my lunch like since i was getting ready to go off any minute and this dumb bitch decided to try and start after something didn’t ring up so I go to check the price and she’s convinced it one price and I’m telling her it’s not it’s for something else and she swears up and down just because she found it there that its this price well I’m like no. So I go and do what I’m supposed go to my supervisor ask her she tries to check it gets the same thing, so she calls the manager and I’m waiting for him and this lady is non stop asking me where he is like Im his keeper so I tell her idk. Like I really don’t he could’ve been on his lunch for all I known. So about 2-3 minutes go by I go back and tell my supervisor that she keeps asking me where he is so she can call him again, all while making it seem like it’s my fault that it’s not coming up and she’s not getting it for the price it she wants it to be like look I can’t just give it to you for the price you want just because you found it somewhere, and tbh I don’t even think we sell that here because I looked up and down the isle that I should’ve been in but it’s not there. I hate it so much I’m so happy that today is my last day here and I get to go home and wait for my little man to come, since I’m trying to control my hormones since I know I’m a little crazy right now being pregnant and all but still. To let all people know that if the cashier does everything they are told to do deal with it and wait it’s not their problem your in a rush, that the price isn’t the price you want it to be because guess what I’ve had to clean my store before and move items all the time and it’s horrible how people move items and make others think something is one price when it’s completely different unless it’s cheaper than lol I wouldn’t complain either but I’ve heard some one complain about it 😂😂😂 like I’ll make it the higher price for you if you want no problem. But please be nicer to your cashiers they deal with a lot and don’t go to self checkout if you don’t wanna do it your self there’s plenty of registers open with someone who will gladly ring your stuff up, and don’t try to start with the cashier when their manager is right there because guess what my manager will take my side half the time especially since one she knows that I do deal with a lot and I try to help as much as I can, and with the customer who was lazy as all hell on Thursday she pulled me off because she knew I wasn’t going to do it for you and I was helping you I showed you how to do it so your dumb ass was in the wrong for trying to argue with me. Also to all my amazing loyal customers who only come to self checkout to visit me and make the machines go crazy just to mess with I’m going to miss you all when I leave, but I’m pretty sure I’ll see you when I shop, and to all my amazing co workers Ill miss you too I wouldn’t have had an amazing two and half years working here if it wasn’t for you.
