Anyone exercise regularly?

That can keep it up during the first trimester?
I’m over 4 weeks and already out of breath all the time I feels like 🤷🏻‍♀️ what do you do?

I haven’t been to my yoga class in a few weeks.  I went once after finding out I am pregnant and got SO dizzy I barely made it through the class.  Hope I can start going again soon.

Me! I work out at 5 am before work. I went yesterday and it like sucked the energy out of me the rest of the day. I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep it up but I want to! I'm also super nervous to over exert myself and cause a problem. I worked out all of my first pregnancy but it was a much different exercise routine than I have now.

🙋‍♀️ I’m gonna start back up on Monday I was on a weight loss journey and I will continue to stay healthy so that I’m prepared when I get back to the real work I’m still gonna eat what I normally do just adding extra healthy snacks and workout (in moderation) the key is to listen to your body I’m going to still consult it with my doctor and get some ideas to help as well

Well my job is very strenuous, so it keeps me very active. I was actually on vacation upon finding out I was pregnant and I honestly feel better since being more active now that I’m back working. Keeps me busy I guess, BUT when I get home I do 100% want myself a hour nap 😂😂😂

I was and then exhaustion set in and haven't been good. But I recommend doing what you can modify as needed and take it easier.

I went to the gym today first time since finding out ! I got tiered quickly that’s for sure but I’m going to keep going at it. 
I’m going to be healthy and listen to my body but I really want to stay fit and hopefully not gain a shit load of weight :)

I went today and it wasn’t nearly as bad it must have been an off day last time I went 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get a little nauseous doing some stuff but it’s not bad enough to where my body is telling me to stop
