Received a high fertility today and will be BD tonight. :) Would anyone know if I had multiple sessions of unprotected sex the day before the high fertility, could I still have (possibly) gotten pregnant ???

You can have a high one for days. You’ll be getting ready to release an egg when it is a solid smiley face. I would have sex every other day till the solid and make sure you definitely have sex once you get a solid face. Good luck hon

I use the same exact OPK and I got a high response for 7 days before the solid smiley face finally appeared.
