You can go into hospital and they put a strip down there which changes colour if it’s amniotic fluid. I had it with my twin a. 
I ended up on bedrest from 29 weeks to 33 and then his head sealed up the tear lol

Lie down for an hour, while wearing a pad or panty liner. When you get up there will be a rush of fluid or you will leak more. If you’re worried call you OB it’s a quick swab to test for amniotic fluid
