Does anyone else get a crippling stomach ache after they have an orgasms or is it just me. It happens every time I have a orgasm and the pain is so bad I almost want to cry should I be worried??

No not at all. I feel great after one. You may want to get checked out and mention this to your obgyn. Pain is usually a sign that something is not right. Maybe cysts, endometriosis, etc. I would get checked out.
