Back pain 4 weeks 5 days

Anyone else experiencing back pain this early?

I had cramps last week which have seemed to subsided and now I have a sore back. Mind you I have had spinal surgery in the past so maybe the pain is more intense due to that. Would love to hear any of your thoughts?
