Quick rant/ need advice

Okay so I’m going to make a very long story short so I went to the er last night because I am bleeding and found out that I have a bicornuated uterus (heart shaped ill upload and a pic) and I was pregnant with twins and baby in the right horn was doing good just measuring a week behind and had a heart beat of 161 and they could see the other baby was “activity passing” they said. They also said that I need to be monitored closely throughout this pregnancy and I can’t lift anything and I need to rest for now and of course no intercourse. So fast forward to today I had my first prenatal appointment and I explained everything to my doctor and he told me and I quote “I’m not saying it didn’t happen but I’m also not saying it did happen” then he gave me a pelvic exam and saw I was still bleeding and said “you completely fine everything looks good” then refused to give me a ultrasound even though I was told I was gonna get one just to give me some reassurance “I understand I just had one yesterday just would’ve been nice.” And then told me I’m fine to do anything I want just I can lift things and all that just no intercourses. And then I also ask if I will be monitored closer because of my uterus “with this you have higher chancer of miscarriage and preterm birth” and he said there’s no reason to monitor anything because I’ll be fine. So my question is do I have a reason to be pissed off and switch doctors or do y’all think what he said was appropriate? Please honest opinions this is my first pregnancy after trying for two years and being on clomid for about 5 cycles.
