Has anyone gotten a tattoo while pregnant?

So, I have been planning to get this very sentimental tattoo but just recently found out I'm pregnant. 
Ik there might be alot of criticism about getting a tattoo while pregnant, but this tattoo means alot to me and was kind of hoping to have it before I had a baby.

No reputable artist or tattoo shop will tattoo you whole pregnant. Just wait the nine months - your baby is more important than a tattoo.

The only reason you’d get an infection while pregnant is if your artist doesn’t know what they are doing. My LO is 4months old and during my whole pregnancy I got tattooed, and she is perfectly fine, and so are my tattoos. But the difference is that my husband is the tattoo artist.  I’m currently 9weeks pregnant and got my throat tattooed 3 days ago. 
I don’t see anything wrong with it. It can not harm you or your baby, unless you got an infection ,yes, but that is very rare and only if your artist trenches your skin and doesn’t know what they are doing. 
People can go ahead and hate comment back to me, idgaf. It’s not their body, not their baby, and none of their fucking business and that’s how you should feel too.  Now I would put into consideration where you are putting it, i forgot if you said where you were putting it. But I got sleeved while I was pregnant, and I’m fine so do what YOU want to do. And yes a shop won’t let it happen but if you know someone.. arc, then that’s different

I got a 4hour tattoo done on my arm. Matching one with my mom on mothers day 3 days later found out i was pregnant, after going to the doctor and back tracking i was 9 weeks pregnant when i got the tattoo done.

I would just wait until after you have the baby. Especially because your body changes so much with pregnancy

Please be an adult and put your baby first instead of silly things you want. If there is a 1% risk for something to wrong, why risk it with your baby?

I personally havnt - but looked it up cuz I was curious. It looks like the main reason people don’t do it is the risk of infection

don’t. if ur aftercare isn’t 100% amazing it could get infected and harm ur baby. just wait
