Tampon if implantation bleeding? Help!

I’m spotting and it’s probably AF making her grand entrance🤦🏼‍♀️ BUT there is a small chance it’s implantation bleeding!! 
Question is...
I want to put in a tampon in case it’s AF and it gets heavy when I’m at the gym (don’t have any pads) but would the foreign object up there be dangerous for an embryo if I was pregnant? Thanks in advance!!!

You should never use tampons during pregnancy because it can irritate your cervix and your cervix needs to be nice and closed. Your cervix changed during pregnancy, it gets a lot softer so it can get irritated a lot more and it can cause bleeding. I would suggest to jusy guy some pads or use tissue in the mean time or if you have panty liners, double up on them incase it is AF
