Gallbladder issues during pregnancy?

Is there anything that can be done for gallbladder issues during pregnancy?

I’ve had sharp pains yesterday and today that I’m beginning to think may be my gallbladder (I am familiar with symptoms as my dad just had his removed a few months ago).

I know diagnostics usually involve X Ray and or CTs, but obviously pregnancy rules those out. I’ll be 9 weeks tomorrow.

Have any of you had gallstones or a gallbladder issue during pregnancy? How did you resolve? What did your doctors recommend?

I’ve left a message with my OB but wanted to hear others experiences.
