Bh or contractions?

I’m 39w + 3. I had a membrane sweep yesterday around 10am and felt fine until that night and stomach felt very tight for a while then the next morning I think some of my mucus plug came out , it was like snot and had small pinkish blood streaks. A couple hours later around 11-12 I started having bad period like cramps I haven’t experienced until now that keep coming every few minutes or so. It’s been about 2 hours now. Idk if they’re bh or contractions?? Also When they come I have intense pressure in my lower back and belly tightening. And it feels like I a looott of pressure needing to poop
