How do I clean a nose piercing ?

Everyone seems to say smth different so I was wondering what your guys thoughts on this would be?

my piercer always recommends this kind of wound wash from any drug store. on fresh piercings, just soak a cotton ball and put it over the piercing and let it get in there. after a couple of days and you can move the piercing post around, spray it on a q tip and then clean the piercing post as well as the skin around it. preferably on both sides on the piercing as well. has worked for all 4 piercings i’ve used it on, but they were all on the ears
