LABOR!!

UPDATE: They said even though I’m dilated to a 1 & having contractions, they’re gonna watch me for an hour to check for cervical change. If I’m still dilated to a 1 in an hour, I will be sent home!

Okay y’all, 35 weeks today! Woke up, baby dropped! Had intense pressure, ignored it & went to work. Started having rectum pain around 1:30ish, left work & called my OB. He sent me straight to L&D.

Got here, had contractions continuously (I couldn’t and can’t even feel them tbh), they offered me Terbutaline to stop labor, I declined. The risks outweigh the benefits in my opinion.

They won’t let me eat since I’m a repeat C-section & chances are they will be sending to the nearest NICU (3 hours away in OKC).

Prayers for my baby boy and me! I was supposed to start nursing class tomorrow but looks like that may not be happening!
