37 hcg levels!!!

I went to the obgyn today to check on my levels from 2 days ago, i was at the hospital 2 days ago and my levels were 37 well i got another blood test today and won’t find out if I’m levels have went up or not untill tomorrow!! Prayers please! Do y’all think I’m really early? Or something else. Are those levels normal for early pregnancy? Prayers please !
