Keloid? Or big ass bump?

I took my nose ring out shortly after finding out I was pregnant, cause for some reason it just would not heal. I have both sides pierced but only this side has grown this bump. Is this a keloid? It’s not hard, it doesn’t hurt. It’s just ugly

I had something similar when I got my nose pierced. I used tea tree oil daily and it disappeared after a week or so. Try that, it's pretty cheap and it's still good for you.

When I pierced my nose that same exact thing happened. I made a salt paste (sea salt and water, not table salt) and just applied it and left it over night. It scabbed ugly but the bump went away. And I don’t have a scar or anything. They definitely say to not remove the piercing until it’s healed but idk I’m not a professional

Keloids can only be diagnosed by a doctor, please dont use anything harsh on it, it just looks like an irritation bump, definitely doesnt look infected id only clean it with mild soap and water or sterile saline solution (pressurised in a can) as they are the safest things for piercings incase there is any opening into the body!

Try cleaning it with antibacterial soap everyday. Apply isopropyl alcohol to kill any infection there might be.
