Fighting fatigue?
I'm 5 weeks and 6 days with my 3rd baby. My oldest is about to be 4 and my youngest is 18 months. I just started my first full time job 5 days ago and pregnancy fatigue is hitting me HARD. I get up between 5:30 and 6, get myself ready, wake my kids up and get them ready (my boyfriend helps get my youngest fed and dressed), then I bring my youngest to daycare, oldest to preschool, and my boyfriend to work. Then I head to work myself for 8 hours, pick each of my kids up, bring them home and feed them dinner, go pick my boyfriend up, come home and put my oldest in my (my boyfriend puts my youngest in bed) and by then I'm crawling into bed myself. With my first I was only working part time and taking one night class a week and I had plenty of time to nap. With my second I was a stay at home mom and was able to nap with my oldest. I feel 10x more fatigued this time and cant even nap. I get 8.5-9 hours of sleep and still have to drag myself out of bed. I'm not really a coffee drinker and I know it's not healthy to have too much anyway so I dont really drink coffee. Anyone have any tips on how to help fight this??
