Diastasis recti
Anyone else have diastasis recti? I have it and an umbilical hernia after my csection with my big baby (9lbs 7 oz).
I’m wonder what exercises you’ve found helpful. I won’t get surgery to fix it ( at least not yet). Any help would be appreciated.
